Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you do not love your Porter Pelican™ merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including any tags/packaging) to be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please email hello@porterpelican.com or call/text 859-475-4569 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Exchanges are accepted on new and unworn items only. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@porterpelican.com with your order details and photos, and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
